Pricing
AdaOne is available under several licensing models depending on the type of organization and intended use. All commercial licenses include software updates and technical support.
The software itself remains identical across all licensing categories. There are no optional modules, or hidden add-ons. Every license provides access to the full AdaOne platform.
AdaOne does not impose limits on the number of projects, workflows, robots, cells, or post-processors that can be created and managed.

Academic
The Academic License is intended for universities, higher education institutions, public schools, and non-profit research organizations using AdaOne for education and research purposes.

Pricing
€500/month Commitment: 1 to 5 years.
You may request a custom subscription period to match the duration of your project. The applicable price will be adjusted proportionally.
Free student licenses are available to partner universities for training purposes, with no limit on the number of students or the duration.
Startup
The Startup License is designed for early-stage companies that need affordable access to AdaOne while keeping maximum flexibility.
Conditions
- Founded within the last 3 years, with annual revenue below €250,000
- Must be independently owned with less than €300,000 raised in external funding

- 1 hour of remote support per month
Pricing
€500 per month. Commitment: No minimum commitment.
You only pay for the months in which your license is active.
Standard
The Standard License is the reference option for industrial deployments.

45-Day Validation Period
Customers have 45 days to confirm that AdaOne meets their requirements. During this period, the order may be cancelled at any time, without justification and without charge. If cancelled, no invoice will be issued. If no cancellation is requested, invoicing will proceed according to the accepted quotation.
Enterprise
Enterprise licensing is built for organizations that need more than software access. It is designed for large-scale deployments, advanced integrations, dedicated infrastructure, and organization-specific workflows. It combines the full AdaOne platform with engineering services to adapt the solution to your environment. Depending on your project, Enterprise licensing may include private license servers, AdaOne Developer Mode, workflow automation, dedicated integrations, custom APIs, proprietary data connectors, roadmap prioritization, and project-specific technical commitments.
From multi-site deployment to deep software integration, the Enterprise License gives your teams the flexibility, control, and technical support needed to turn AdaOne into a strategic part of your workflow.

Free Access Programs
In specific situations, AdaOne may be made available free of charge to support education, partnerships, technology discovery, or users who do not have access to suitable equipment.
These programs are not intended for production use and should not be considered alternatives to commercial licenses.
Student
The Student License is available to students enrolled in partner universities or approved educational programs.
It is intended for training and educational use only. Training content may be provided by ADAXIS, and training sessions may be delivered by ADAXIS engineers.
Partner
The Partner License is reserved for official ADAXIS partners under a signed partnership agreement. It may be used for demonstration, promotion, and other partnership-related activities. Support is provided according to the applicable partnership agreement.
Viewer
The Viewer License provides limited access to AdaOne for demonstration and discovery purposes. Projects cannot be saved or exported, and no support services are included.
The Viewer License does not provide access to the complete workflow or technical support. For a proper operational evaluation of AdaOne, organizations should request a commercial license and use the 45-Day Validation Period.
General Conditions
- Perpetual licenses are not available and all licenses are subscription-based.
- Software updates are included throughout the subscription period.
- Additional support packages may be proposed when included support hours are fully utilized.
- Prices are expressed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing may vary depending on currency, taxation requirements, and geographical region.
