Getting Started
AdaOne is available as a subscription service, with pricing based on the subscription duration, license type, and number of seats.
You can purchase your subscription directly online or contact info@adaxis.eu if you would like a personalized quotation.
Once you're ready, simply complete your order online or send us your purchase order. You will then receive everything you need to install and activate AdaOne.
Your subscription does not begin immediately after purchase—it only starts when you activate your license.
Subscription Start
Your subscription begins when your AdaOne license is activated.
- Floating license: your subscription starts when you activate your license key after installing AdaOne.
- Offline license: your subscription starts when you receive your license file by email.
If your license has not been activated within 90 days of your purchase order, your subscription will automatically begin on the 90th day.
If your purchase order is submitted on March 18, your license must be activated by June 16. Otherwise, your subscription will automatically start on June 16.
Billing and Payment
AdaOne offers two flexible subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscription — A flexible pay-as-you-go plan with no long-term commitment. Invoices are issued automatically on the activation date and at each renewal.
- Upfront Subscription — Ideal for organizations with a predefined budget or subscription period. The invoice is automatically issued 45 days after license activation, allowing sufficient time to evaluate the software before payment is due.
Invoices may be issued by one of the following ADAXIS entities:
- ADAXIS SAS — Global invoicing in EUR.
- ADAXIS Inc. — Invoicing for U.S. customers in USD.
- ADAXIS Japan KK— Invoicing for customers in Japan in JPY.
Payment can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer.
For credit card payments, the full payment process is completed automatically online. For bank transfers, payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late payments are subject to 2% interest per week, where permitted by applicable law, beginning 30 days after the invoice date.
If payment is not received within 90 days of the invoice date, access to AdaOne may be suspended until payment has been received.
Free Evaluation and Satisfaction Guarantee
ADAXIS offers a 45-day evaluation period with no upfront payment for Upfront Floating Licenses.
Once we receive your purchase order or your online order validation, we give you access to AdaOne, support, and documentation so your team can start immediately.
During this period, you can install the software, access the documentation and support, test your workflows, generate real toolpaths, evaluate your machine setup, and confirm that AdaOne brings value to your applications.
If you decide not to proceed, simply cancel your purchase order within the first 45 days. No justification is required, and no payment will be requested.
Software Updates and Support
Active subscriptions include:
- All software updates and new releases.
- Bug fixes and maintenance updates.
- Technical support according to the support package included with your subscription.
Additional support services and training are available upon request.
Renewals, Terminations, and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to AdaOne.
You can disable automatic renewal either through your online account or by contacting info@adaxis.eu.
- Monthly subscription: Cancellation requests may be submitted at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Upfront subscription: Cancellation requests must be received at least 45 days before the renewal date. A renewal reminder might be sent 90 days before your subscription expires.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Active subscriptions cannot be paused or terminated before the end of the current billing period.
Once an invoice has been issued, subscription fees are non-refundable. The 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to new license purchases and does not apply to subscription renewals.
Authorized Partners
AdaOne licenses may also be purchased through authorized ADAXIS partners, who may offer bundled solutions including hardware, materials, integration, training, or support services.

- Licenses may be purchased directly from ADAXIS or through an authorized partner.
- ADAXIS complies with applicable export control and trade sanction regulations. License holders remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the ADAXIS website are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and VAT.
